A Grand Small Hotel, an exotic Balinese boutique style resort with 14 superior garden floor rooms, 14 deluxe rooftop floor rooms and 2 deluxe villas (each with 3 bedrooms, large living area, kitchenette and private garden).

All rooms are built in Lumbung style with thatched roofs, centered around a gorgeous 2-level swimming pool with waterfall, lotus pond and cave, surrounded by masterly designed lush tropical gardens, a gourmet restaurant, with adjacent pool bar, art shop, tour desk, drug store. Located just off Seminyak, 15 minutes drive by car from Kuta and only 800 meters away from the quiet Kerobokan beach.

Each guestroom also features a spacious bathroom, mini bar & refrigerator, in-room safe, coffee maker, 16 channels colour TV set, IDD telephone and individually controlled air-conditioning.

Standard Guestroom Features & Facilities
All guestrooms are surrounded by masterly designed tropical gardens and tastefully decorated rooms with numerous articles of arts and crafts, using the beautifully patterned coconut wood for most of the furniture. Individually controlled air-conditioning, a spacious bathroom and shower, mini bar, refrigerator, in-room safe deposit box, tea/coffee maker, IDD Telephone, a color TV set with multi satellite channels and a large private terrace or balcony.

Garden Floor Rooms
Each Garden Floor Room has twin or double beds surrounded by a masterly designed tropical garden and a large private terrace as well as a "Bale". All Garden floor rooms can only accommodate single or double occupancy and/or a family with small children not requiring extra-bedding.

Rooftop Floor
Each Rooftop Floor Room has twin or double beds, a private balcony with great view and in-door "Bale". All Rooftop floor rooms can accommodate single, double/twin and/or triple occupancy as well as family with children.

3-Bedrooms Deluxe Villa
Each of our 3-bedrooms deluxe-villa is perfect for family holidays. It has a spacious air-conditioned living area including kitchenette, kitchen utensil, dinner sets, cutlery, gas stove and other kitchen necessities. A color TV set is placed in the living room area and an in-room safe deposit box available in the master bedroom and second bedroom only.
